IMPORTANCE OF FITNESS

     Here i can share my Personal view on the Fitness and to make our body to be Fit.



In India Mythology, most of the hindus usually believe and follow  The holy book called BHAGAVAD-GITA. In this Gita teaches that, first our soul present in our body, so  everyone must give preference to our soul in body. So everyone have responsibility to build our physique to strong.


Not only this, I used to be very thin,pale looking guy in my class and also not very much attractive during my schooling age. But when i started doing gym, My skintone eventually increased, my physique also developed very well,laziness gone to hell.



I am not forcing anybody to build muscle, but saying to be fit. If you can see our history almost all the people used to live with a well defined body, and they used to live many years.






Science also proved that, "People who consistently do gym, their age reflects like a Mirror".




So i suggest all my clients, to wake up early in the morning and i gave them particular respective programs personally designed for them, and i always says to be consistent if you wanna be fit.
